IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SRM 2022 MEETING

Please note a few important items contained in the program:

Masks will be required.

The Southern Regional Meeting will require masks at SRM 2022 meeting regardless of local
ordinances. All attendees, exhibitors, guests, staff and vendors will be required to wear masks in
all meeting areas. Masks should completely cover your mouth and nose and fit snugly without
gaps. Disposable masks will be available onsite for those needing one.

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID- 19 test within 72 hours will be
required for all registrants attending the SRM annual meeting in New Orleans.

Every attendee,all SRM staff, exhibitors and guests will be required to show proof that they are fully
vaccinated with a vaccine approved for emergency use by the U.S. Food and Drug
Administration (FDA) or the World Health Organization (WHO) or proof of a negative
COVID-19 test within 72 hours before being allowed to attend the meeting.
Showing Proof of Vaccination – Method of showing vaccination or a COVID-19 test within 72
hours will be emailed to you when you register.

Onsite Safety Measures
All meeting rooms will be set up to allow for more physical distancing.
The hotel will be cleaning all meeting rooms between sessions, including chairs, tables, podium
and microphones.
Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the meeting area.
